Over 200 commercial print items, client projects, commercial logos or brands, website or app use, conversion to embroidery, physical or digital paid advertising, digital products are shared, resold, distributed to anyone or company. Upload to a POD site.
Note: No license conveys ownership of the Product.
Extended License:
You can use:
This license allows you to sell an unlimited number of physical units of a finished product you create using the cutting file, client project, logo or brand, website or app use, convert to embroidery, physical or digital paid ads.
You can’t use:
Digital products are shared, resold, distributed to anyone or company. Upload to any POD site.
Note: No license conveys ownership of the Product.
Print On Demand (POD) License:
This license agreement is entered into between purchasers and users of digital and crafting products from SilhouetteBundles.com By purchasing and downloading any digital products from SilhouetteBundles.com, Licensee agrees to the following terms :-
POD Add-on License: The POD license provides an add-on feature for both the commercial license and the extended commercial license. As a licensee of the POD Add-on License, you are permitted to use any downloaded material (physical end product/physical product) on various print on demand websites.
License Grant: SilhouetteBundles.com grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal or commercial use.
Use: Licensee may use the Digital Product to create physical products such as T-shirts, mugs and other items for sale subject to the restrictions set forth in this License. But the original product should be modified as shown below.
Restrictions:
– Licensee may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the Digital Products in their original form.
– Licensee may not claim ownership of the Digital Product or sell it as an individual item.
– Licensee may not use the Digital Product in a defamatory, obscene or illegal manner.
Copyright: Digital products are protected by copyright laws. Licensee acknowledges that SilhouetteBundles.com retains all right, title and interest in the Digital Product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SilhouetteBundles.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated. SilhouetteBundles.com reserves the right to terminate this license if Licensee violates its terms.
By purchasing and downloading digital products from SilhouetteBundles.com, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License.
